Join the network
We work with freelance technology practitioners who can teach. Not full-time faculty, not career trainers reading from a deck — people who build with these tools and can explain them to a room of sceptical commercial managers.
What we look for
- Hands-on work with current AI tooling, not just familiarity
- Experience teaching or coaching non-technical adults
- The judgement to adapt when the room is at a different level than the brief said
- Willingness to travel to client sites for in-person delivery
What we offer
- Paid engagements with the curriculum built for you, not by you at midnight
- A client already diagnosed and briefed before you arrive

FOR PILOT PARTNERS
Host an early programme
We are running our first programmes now, which means early partners get an unusual amount of our attention and a direct hand in how the curriculum is shaped. In exchange we ask for honest feedback and, if it went well, permission to say so.
If you have a commercial team of roughly twenty to a hundred people and a real workflow problem, we would like to hear from you.

What we are building
Corporate AI training today splits into two unsatisfying halves: self-paced content libraries that almost nobody finishes, and elite consultancies that only large enterprises can afford. The mid-market — non-technical companies with real budgets and no internal AI capability — is served by neither.
ASkills sits in that gap with high-touch, in-person delivery, and solves the scaling problem with software rather than headcount. The platform we are building handles trainer sourcing and vetting, matching supply to demand, curriculum generation and reinforcement, and impact reporting back to the client. Humans deliver the training; the system makes each engagement repeatable and each trainer easier to onboard than the last.
The proprietary method — Diagnose, Match, Customize, Deliver, Reinforce — is the asset we are compounding: every engagement improves the diagnostic, the matching and the curriculum library.
