CASE STUDY · FRUTTA

“Double the business without doubling the employees.”

That is how the founder of Frutta, a corporate snacking company in Chennai, described the problem to us. Not a training brief. A capacity problem.

THE BRIEF

Growth was not the constraint. Hours were.

Frutta had demand and a plan. What it did not have was a way to serve more customers without hiring at the same rate — the follow-up, the coordination and the customer conversations all scaled with headcount.

The founder wanted his existing team to absorb the growth. That is a very different ask from “run an AI awareness session”, and it is the kind of brief our method is built for.

WHAT WE DID

From one call to working agents.

01

Exploratory call

We sat with the founder to understand the goal in his words and find where his team's week was actually going.

02

Curriculum generated

The findings went into our AI engine, which produced a curriculum built around Frutta's own workflows rather than a stock syllabus.

03

Delivered in person

We ran the programme with their employees and built the solutions live, with their own accounts, leads and messages.

WHAT THEIR TEAM BUILT

Three pieces of capacity, built by the people who needed them.

Agents that chase cold leads

Follow-up that used to go quiet now runs through agents the sales team set up themselves — every lead gets worked, without anyone adding it to their to-do list.

A chief-of-staff agent for the CEO

The founder's own coordination load — tracking, chasing, summarising, preparing — handed to an agent built around how he actually works.

Automated WhatsApp feedback

Customer feedback requests sent and collected automatically over WhatsApp, so the loop closes without someone remembering to close it.

The part that matters

We did not sell Frutta software, and we did not build these for them. Their own employees built all three during the programme, which means they can change them, extend them and build the next one without calling us.

That is the whole thesis: a team that has AI is not the same as a team that uses it.

What would this look like for your team?

Start with the same conversation we had with Frutta: what would you do with more capacity, and what is stopping you?
